About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven M&A Integration Lead to drive post-acquisition integration, growth optimization, and technology migration. This role is critical for ensuring seamless operational alignment in a fast-paced digital environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration efforts, ensuring smooth operational and technological transitions post-acquisition.

• Align stakeholders and business functions, navigating the complexities of working on the acquirer side.

• Oversee technology migration, with a strong preference for experience in Azure-based platforms.

• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring synergy across different departments.

• Develop and execute growth strategies to improve Revenue & EBITDA post-integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and maximize acquisition value.

• Work onsite in Amsterdam for 3-4 days per week to ensure close collaboration with teams and leadership.

Key Requirements

🔹 Proven experience in M&A integration, particularly within marketplace, e-commerce, or digital industries.
🔹 Strong understanding of technology migration processes, ideally with Azure exposure.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Strategic mindset with a track record of improving financial performance (Revenue & EBITDA).
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
