Interim Chief Transformation Officer

Dusseldorf, Germany Interim/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Transformation Leadership
  • Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and operational transformation strategy to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Savings
  • Re-engineer key processes and workflows to deliver significant cost savings without compromising performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to optimize resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
  • Sales Operations Leadership
  • Oversee and enhance sales operations, ensuring alignment with the new go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive performance improvements across the sales function through data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in for transformation initiatives.

Location and Travel Requirements

  • Be present in Düsseldorf three days per week to engage with local teams and leadership.
  • Travel to other offices as needed to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the digital industry, with a preference for candidates with a marketplace background.
  • Successfully led significant organizational go-to-market and operational transformations in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings through process re-engineering.
  • Strong expertise in managing and improving sales operations, with a track record of driving performance and efficiency.
