Interim Chief Transformation Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and operational transformation strategy to drive growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency and Cost Savings
- Re-engineer key processes and workflows to deliver significant cost savings without compromising performance.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to optimize resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
- Sales Operations Leadership
- Oversee and enhance sales operations, ensuring alignment with the new go-to-market strategy.
- Drive performance improvements across the sales function through data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Location and Travel Requirements
- Be present in Düsseldorf three days per week to engage with local teams and leadership.
- Travel to other offices as needed to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the digital industry, with a preference for candidates with a marketplace background.
- Successfully led significant organizational go-to-market and operational transformations in previous roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings through process re-engineering.
- Strong expertise in managing and improving sales operations, with a track record of driving performance and efficiency.
