Junior Industrial Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and optimize battery energy storage systems, considering factors such as performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within battery manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and quality control procedures.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure that all battery energy storage systems meet industry standards and performance requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation of battery systems, including performance testing, durability testing, and safety testing, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, test reports, and operational manuals, to support product development and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and project management to coordinate activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in battery technology, energy storage systems, and industrial engineering methodologies, and apply new knowledge to enhance product innovation and process optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in battery energy storage systems, lithium-ion battery technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for engineering design and drafting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
