IT Security Penetration Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staying up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies related to penetration testing and IT security in general
• Conducting penetration tests and vulnerability analyses on various systems, networks, and applications
• Interpreting test results, reporting them, and making correctional recommendations
• Taking part in efforts to improve our security testing services’ efficacy and quality through continual improvement
• Developing and executing testing plans and methodologies
• Collaborating with other security professionals and stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with business needs and security goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German & English with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• At least 3 years of experience in penetration testing of a related field
• Knowledge of a variety of security testing tools
• A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, with a dedication to upholding discretion and integrity in every aspect of work
• Being a real team player
• Experience conducting penetration tests in a variety of environments, including cloud, mobile, and web applications
• A thorough knowledge of system and network architecture, as well as typical security flaws and exploits
