Human Rescources Manager
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s HR processes, projects, initiatives and goals
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs
- Implementation of all topics of the daily HR business
- Expansion of corporate culture, communication and internal benefits
- Compliance with legal guidelines (tax and labor regulations)
- Sparring partner for the management team in all aspects of personnel and organizational development
- Preparation, planning and control of personnel costs
- Negotiation and drafting of company agreements
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Ensuring future-oriented, modern HR management with a focus on digitization and employer branding
- Contact person for the works council
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Very good MS Office skills and social media know-how
- Completed higher, position-relevant training with 5-10 years of expertise in HR management
- Role model effect through lived values and a noticeable position of trust
- Conceptual and process-oriented thinking with efficiency and structure
- Feel for new trends in HR, social and intercultural skills ,e.g.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and payroll accounting
- High degree of discretion, loyalty and knowledge of human nature
- Open and flexible leader with communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and resilience
- Operational implementation strength as well as initiative and ambition.
