  • Very good MS Office skills and social media know-how
  • Completed higher, position-relevant training with 5-10 years of expertise in HR management
  • Role model effect through lived values and a noticeable position of trust
  • Conceptual and process-oriented thinking with efficiency and structure
  • Feel for new trends in HR, social and intercultural skills ,e.g.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and payroll accounting
  • High degree of discretion, loyalty and knowledge of human nature
  • Open and flexible leader with communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and resilience
  • Operational implementation strength as well as initiative and ambition.
