HR Associate Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the hiring process by managing the hiring procedure, conducting interviews, and screening resumes
- Oversee the orientation programmes, documentation, and introductions to corporate policies and procedures that are part of the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in completing employee performance reviews and giving them feedback
- Organise training and development initiatives to improve staff members’ competencies
- Keep track of personnel files and make sure that company and regulatory regulations are followed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) may be preferred
- Prior experience in HR or related roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and recommend appropriate courses of action
