HR Associate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the hiring process by managing the hiring procedure, conducting interviews, and screening resumes
  • Oversee the orientation programmes, documentation, and introductions to corporate policies and procedures that are part of the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist in completing employee performance reviews and giving them feedback
  • Organise training and development initiatives to improve staff members’ competencies
  • Keep track of personnel files and make sure that company and regulatory regulations are followed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) may be preferred
  • Prior experience in HR or related roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and recommend appropriate courses of action
