HR Associate Manager

REPSONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the orientation programmes, paperwork, and introductions to corporate policies and procedures for newly hired employees
  • Organize training and development initiatives to improve staff members’ competencies
  • Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and processes
  • Keep track of personnel records and make sure that company and regulatory regulations are followed
  • Support inquiries into misconduct, harassment, or other compliance-related matters involving employees
  • Help in conducting performance reviews and giving staff members feedback
  • Help with the management of HR-related procedures, such as timekeeping and benefits administration
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) may be preferred
  • Prior experience in HR or related roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software applications (Softgarden)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and recommend appropriate courses of action
