HR Associate Director

European Union (Hybrid)

TASKS:

  • General oversight of operational cross-site human resources tasks
  • Support and guidance for managers and staff in terms of strategy and operations
  • Managing intricate cases pertaining to both individual and collective labour legislation
  • Accountability for HR policies, procedures, and business contracts
  • Speak with and negotiate with the local works council on matters pertaining to co-determination.
  • Ensuring payroll accounting and monthly close
  • Overseeing and carrying out recruitment
  • Advising on and carrying out staff development initiatives
  • Managing all matters pertaining to temporary work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willingness to travel
  • Completed university degree
  • Evidence of strong career progression
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Fluency in English & one other European language (particularly German, Spanish, French & Italian)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good command of financial analysis and management accounting incl. P&L analysis, in order to identify and prioritize necessary measures fro improvement.
