HR Associate Director
TASKS:
- General oversight of operational cross-site human resources tasks
- Support and guidance for managers and staff in terms of strategy and operations
- Managing intricate cases pertaining to both individual and collective labour legislation
- Accountability for HR policies, procedures, and business contracts
- Speak with and negotiate with the local works council on matters pertaining to co-determination.
- Ensuring payroll accounting and monthly close
- Overseeing and carrying out recruitment
- Advising on and carrying out staff development initiatives
- Managing all matters pertaining to temporary work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to travel
- Completed university degree
- Evidence of strong career progression
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Fluency in English & one other European language (particularly German, Spanish, French & Italian)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Good command of financial analysis and management accounting incl. P&L analysis, in order to identify and prioritize necessary measures fro improvement.
