Head of Quality Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a strong customer focus by actively engaging with customers to understand their quality requirements and address any quality-related concerns
- Establish and maintain robust quality systems and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications
- Define and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with the business objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing quality management team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates on quality performance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain strong supplier quality programs, ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to drive a culture of quality throughout the organization
- Oversee and manage all aspects of operational quality, including production processes, supplier quality, and incoming inspection
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, focusing on process optimization and efficiency gains
- Implement effective root cause analysis methodologies to identify and address quality issues promptly
