Head of Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, with a strong emphasis on banking-related initiatives
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process, regularly assess financial performance against targets, and provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management
• Banking Products: Factoring & Reverse Factoring
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to banking operations
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risks
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and other financial reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize financial performance
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Compliance and Audit: Work closely with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on banking and banking products
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in financial strategy development and execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to banking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
