Global Manufacturing Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on lighting products or similar electronic products.
• Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, including LEDs, light fixtures, and related components.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process optimization, quality control, and cost management.
• Experience with global manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for lighting products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to global manufacturing sites as needed
• Specifically needs experience in the Manufacturing of LIGHTING PRODUCTS
• Developing their team in China and growing it out
• Experience in the full manufacturing lifecycle of lighting products
• Tooling / Process Development / Manufacturing Design
