RESPONSIBILIITES:

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives.

Ensure HR plans and programs support the organization’s growth and development.

 

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop effective strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.

Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

 

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Analyze market trends and benchmarks to recommend competitive compensation packages.

Administer performance-based incentive programs and annual salary review processes.

 

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Oversee the implementation of learning initiatives, including leadership development and training.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

 

HR Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Prepare reports and metrics related to HR operations, including workforce analytics and HR KPIs.

Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

 

HR Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Identify opportunities for professional development and training for the HR team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience  (7+ years) as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role on a global scale.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficient in HR software and systems

German language and English language REQUIRED
