Factory Sales and Order Management Head
The Factory Sales and Order Management Head oversees quoting, revenue growth, and efficient order processing in a manufacturing environment. This role leads the order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring alignment with contracts. Key responsibilities include driving sales, optimizing processes, and coordinating with customers, sales teams, production, and inventory to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Management: Analyze customer inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue and improve order processing. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Order Management: Oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment. Address order-related issues, optimize logistics, and improve customer experience.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a cross-functional team, establish KPIs, and report performance insights. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify market opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in order management, sales, or customer service within the energy sector (high-voltage preferred).
- Leadership experience and deep knowledge of the North American energy market.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP ERP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
