  • Handling mail, scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping track of diaries, and frequently limiting access to the manager’s or executive’s diary
  • Conducting research, gathering information, and creating documents
  • Analysing reports and data for recommendations and executive summaries while keeping a financial awareness in mind
  • Organising reservations for business trips, encompassing flights, lodging, and transfers, among other things
  • Planning conferences and other activities
  • Compiling and registering costs
  • Communicating with clients, employees, and suppliers
  • Coordinating bookings for business travel, including but not limited to flights, hotels and transfers
  • Researching, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems.
  • Other errands to assist their management


  • Previous experience as executive assistant or personal assistant
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • The capacity to finish a task while working under duress
  • Understanding of sensitive and confidential data requirements
  • Driven, self starter with ability to work independently and manage a broad range of daily activities
  • High levels of self management and accuracy throughout all projects
  • Fluent German and English in speaking and writing
