Electrical Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage cross functional team work activities and deliverables
• Oversee the testing and verification of reusable building block designs for electrical hardware. the creation of certain electrical design elements, such as resolver interfaces, system ASIC checkout, HV to LV power supply, and gate drive interfaces
• Oversee idea, design, simulation, and system support, concentrating on traction inverter designs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to travel 20% both domestically and internationally
• Strong hardware design background
• Prior knowledge of advanced EMC circuit design and layout techniques is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• BSEE, MSEE preferred
• Subject matter expert, with the ability to coach, mentor and train others
• Proven track record in overseeing the design of analogue, digital, and microprocessor-based controllers
• System-level expertise in the field of traction inverters
• 8+ years of experience required
• A strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing is necessary
• Experience with high voltage testing is preferred
