Director of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organisation, including managers, consultants and entry-level staff
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, such as staffing agencies, job boards, and universities, to expand our talent pool and improve the quality of our hires
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations based on our hiring criteria and company culture
  • Develop and implement on-boarding and training programs to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company and receive the necessary training to perform their roles effectively
  • Create and deliver learning and development programs to support the ongoing growth and development of our employees, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills training
  • Measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition and learning and development programs and adjust them as needed to improve performance and achieve our goals
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of talent and development initiatives across the company

Qualifications:

  • Strong track-record in delivering an L&D and/or Talent Acquisition strategy for a fast-growing recruitment company
  • Experience designing and delivering effective training programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent within the organisation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
