• Responsible for business development in the Consumer, Retail & Luxury division globally
• Lead executive search projects across the globe
• Mentor, coach & develop Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc.
• Push for Top-Biller status!
• Strengthen relationships and expand key accounts globally
• Business trips/ customers meetings
• Key member in our Consumer, Retail & Luxury division!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven track record of billings
• Business Development background within recruitment at International Customers (Germany, France, USA, etc.)
• Aspirations to become a Leader within Connecting Experts
• Market Know-How Preferred: Luxury, Consumer, Retail
• Entrepreneurial Mindset to work within our entrepreneurial culture
