  • Create business plans to reach your goals in terms of both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Use an omnichannel approach to bring life to all sales touchpoints, including brick-and-mortar boutiques and internet businesses;
  • Modify, execute, and oversee client strategies across all channels (both online and offline).
  • Drive retail activities and the customer experience journey by assessing and foreseeing the rapidly evolving new retail landscape that is unique to China.
  • Exert strict control over the distribution network to guarantee that the Maison is effectively portrayed and promoted
  • Participate to key project with the HQ/Region


  • English speaker
  • Solid experience in retail management in luxury industry or premium brands
  • Familiar with China digital landscape
  • Inspiring leadership
  • Need French and English (preferable Chinese/Mandarin as well)
