Chief Sales Officer
RESPONSIBILIITES:
- Global P&L repsonsibility across 12 sites
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and market conditions
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets and goals for both new and existing markets, products, and services
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting the sales strategy accordingly
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including setting performance targets, coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key automotive customers, dealerships, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, products, and innovations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers and prospects
- Streamline and optimize the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies
