Electronic Warfare Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electronic Warfare Engineer to join our advanced defense technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of electronic warfare solutions for defense and security applications, particularly focused on training, simulation, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in EW systems, including radar, communications, and signal processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Electronic Warfare training and simulation systems.
  • Design and test electronic defense systems aimed at improving the resilience and operational effectiveness of military platforms.
  • Work on signal intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic intelligence (ELINT) systems to enhance situational awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external defense stakeholders to define system requirements and performance specifications.
  • Conduct system integration and testing on military platforms, ensuring EW systems meet operational standards.
  • Provide expert technical leadership in the areas of threat detection, signal jamming, and countermeasures.
  • Support the development of simulation environments for EW system testing and validation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for defense customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in EW technology and integrate new advancements into system development processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Electronic Warfare systems, particularly in defense and military applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of SIGINT, ELINT, and radar technologies.
  • Experience with EW training and simulation systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of EW system architectures, threat analysis, and countermeasure development.
  • Proficiency in RF engineering and antenna design.
  • Fluency in French and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
