Business Development Manager

Germany (Remote)


  • Assess the financial and strategic viability of collaborating with the customer
  • Examine the applicable principles, and make an initial estimate of the necessary budgets
  • Appropriately identify, assess, and proceed with leads (by taking into consideration influencing factors such as the location of the project/ logistics; design/architecture; structural layout; and further relevant technical aspects)
  • In charge of building a customer base in Germany and establishing enduring strategic connections with key clients
  • As you provide information about our essential product and service capabilities, you are appropriately representing the business.


  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry and a business/ commercial background
  • You fluently speak and write in German and English
  • You have a good understanding of modern construction technologies and modular construction
  • Experience and affinity with aluminum and/or concrete is an advantage
  • You have gained at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • You have experience in working with a CRM system
