Business Development Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with leading OEMs and TIER1 to manage the company’s algorithm development and product timeline for each phase of the project and to encourage the incorporation of the company’s solutions into mass production models
• Managing the business development of the organization’s autonomous driving-related goods and solutions for global OEMs, TIER1, and various key technological partners in the relevant supply chain
• Focus on the specific requirements of each project, monitor market trends, identify and suggest business collaboration models that can be used in a variety of situations, and support the company’ continuous success in the autonomous driving sector

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing English as a daily working language
• Rich experience in R&D cooperation and mass production with top international OEMs or Tier1s
• Unique insights and views on industry trends
• Outstanding learning ability, insight, interpersonal skills and professional working methods and attitudes
• Good industry relations and contacts
