Automotive Quality Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate preventative and remedial measures in response to non-conformity problems with processes and products
- Prompt resolution of concerns about the calibre of goods and services
- Answer questions from customers about quality agreements, reliability, environmental concerns, and compliance with regulations
- As needed for product development, qualification, and change management, prepare PPAP documentation
- Communicate with contract manufacturers on managing discrepant material compliance
- Drive consultancy for corrective and preventive action in response to non-conformity issues with processes and products
- Assist clients with ISO 26262 automobile safety compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than ten years of experience with integrated circuits supplied to the automotive sector in customer quality engineering
- It is necessary to have a S. in electrical engineering or a related technological field
- Working familiarity with FMEDA and the safety management system that complies with ISO 26262
- Working knowledge of completing credentials in accordance with AEC Q100 standards
- Familiarity with implementing QMS in accordance with IAT-16949, AEC-Q100, ISO 9001, and other relevant automotive quality standards
- Must possess PPAP paperwork and automotive quality experience complying with IATF-16949
- It will be necessary to visit abroad frequently.
