Automotive Quality Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining necessary quality documentation (e.g. control plans, process FMEA´s, process flow plans, work instructions, etc.)
- Training employees on the shop floor
- Facilitating the failure analysis process in case of quality problems and independently handle customer issues.
- Conducting data analysis to optimize processes
- PPAP executions
- Product Audits
- Raising quality related issues to the team and leading the RCPS process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We see you with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable studies. Furthermore, you are experienced with problem solving techniques and practical experience in handling customers, suppliers and external service providers
- We can imagine that the ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector (preferably TIER-1), experience with aluminium / metalworking are preferred
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools and IATF 16949 are mandatory
- On the personal side you are a strong, proactive and a loyal team player and you thrive in a dynamic environment where the days are not uniform
- Strong language skills required in both English and German. Danish as language is a plus
- Knowhow to Microsoft Office Package is expected, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
