Automotive Plant Manager

TASKS:

  • Accept the management obligations outlined in the pertinent IOS literature and in the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001 standards. Make sure the IOS documentation is operating effectively, and continually enhance the appropriate procedures and how they apply the IOS documentation internally
  • Ensuring that factories can produce goods in sufficient amounts and on time. ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
  • In charge of safety works and practice related safety regulations as well as perfect safety equipment and practice safety protect and production target, and ensure employee and equipment safety
  • Confirming and insuring the effective operation of more than two functional plant departments or regions of responsibility
  • Improving productivity, quantity, and other working expressions while lowering costs by utilising innovative and continuous improvement techniques like 6 sigma, lean production, VA/VE, and nationalisation
  • Building good interpersonal relationship and keeping in touch with domestic and internal customers. Contacting with related department in time and making quick responses according to customers’ requirement
  • Mentor and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan, and continuously improving staff engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency/good in English
  • Excellent on-site problem analysis and solution skills, as well as personnel management and emergency handling capabilities
  • Good knowledge of production safety
  • 10+ years related working experience and 5+ years management experience
  • Capability should meet customers’ specific requirement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit
  • Comply with the requirements of the company values and LCM (Leadership Competency Model)
