Sales Manager
Responsibility:
- You are responsible for planning and achieving sales targets in your sales area – Germany, East Region
- Through regular personal contact, you develop and maintain business relationships with our customers in your region
- With a focus on the chemical and semiconductor industry, you drive the further development of business with direct customers and OEMs
- Your technical knowledge and your strong problem-solving skills make you a valued and sought-after contact for our customers
- You qualify new business partners for the client in the assigned markets in the sales area
- By developing and applying market strategies, your secure market share and generate growth
- You observe industry trends and can use the expertise gained from this to make recommendations for innovative product developments
- Your tasks also include preparing competitive analyses and providing regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to internal stakeholders
- You will be in regular contact with application engineers and marketing managers to align business goals, sales and marketing activities with the needs of the market
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or industrial engineering – preferably with a focus on chemistry, food or environmental technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering
- You have several years of experience in internal or field sales in a technical field
- You have a very good understanding of the relevant markets and industries in Germany
- Your knowledge of hydraulics, process and pump technologies is very good or similar mechanical products.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel about 50% of working time, nationally and occasionally internationally, is not an obstacle for you
