Aircraft Performance Expert

Our client is currently looking for an Aircraft Performance Expert (m/f/d) to join the Preliminary Design Team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising the development of an advanced route analysis tool.
• Serving as the Product Owner (PO) to ensure the product satisfies client requirements and industry standards.
• Apply knowledge of at least one OEM tool (e.g., WinPep, BPS) to improve product offerings.
• Act as the team’s technical authority on aircraft in-flight performance, delivering direction and insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and improve product functionality.
• Directly interact with customers to provide training and instruction on the usage of our tools;
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating the technical capabilities and benefits of the client’s solutions.

Your Qualifications:

• Strong technical background and the capacity to act as a technical expert.
• Demonstrated expertise in aircraft in-flight performance.
• Proficiency in at least one OEM tool, such as WinPep or BPS.
• Experience in leading and controlling product development.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact with customers effectively.
• Prior Product Owner (PO) experience is advantageous.
• Self-motivated; willing to learn and advance professionally.
• Able to support pre-sales efforts and illustrate the value of the product; proactive in acting and accepting responsibility.
