Excutive Business Development Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the hydrogen electrolyser manufacturing industry. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Industry Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, governmental bodies, and research institutions. Collaborate on joint ventures, alliances, and partnerships to drive innovation and growth.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including large-scale projects, long-term contracts, and equipment sales.
- Product Development: Provide market-driven insights to inform the development and improvement of hydrogen electrolyser products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team to execute the company’s growth strategy effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and policies related to hydrogen production and ensure compliance in all business activities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles in the hydrogen electrolyser manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong industry network and established relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Visionary leader with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of the hydrogen economy, industry trends, and technologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market.
