Excutive Business Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the hydrogen electrolyser manufacturing industry. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Business Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  3. Industry Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, governmental bodies, and research institutions. Collaborate on joint ventures, alliances, and partnerships to drive innovation and growth.
  4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including large-scale projects, long-term contracts, and equipment sales.
  5. Product Development: Provide market-driven insights to inform the development and improvement of hydrogen electrolyser products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team to execute the company’s growth strategy effectively.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and policies related to hydrogen production and ensure compliance in all business activities.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles in the hydrogen electrolyser manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong industry network and established relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Visionary leader with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hydrogen economy, industry trends, and technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market.
