Director of Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for the commercial development of our clients’ autonomous driving-related products and solutions for global OEMs, TIER1, and numerous important technology directions and partners in the sector chain
• Examine the requirements of each project in greater detail, keep track of market development trends, find and suggest business collaboration models that work in various situations, and promote the continuous success of firms in the autonomous driving sector.
• To manage the company’s algorithm development and product Timeline for each module in the project cycle and to encourage the incorporation of the company’s solutions in mass production models, interface with leading OEMs and TIER1.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in R&D cooperation and mass production with top international OEMs or Tier1s
• Unique insights and views on industry trends
• Outstanding learning ability, insight, interpersonal skills and professional working methods and attitudes
• Good industry relations and contacts
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing English as a daily working language, knowledge of German is a plus.
