Deputy Sales Architect
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Supports the product portfolio-based definition of the customer strategy.
- In order to motivate performance and hit sales goals, coach and manage a team of sales specialists.
- To ensure that customer requirements are met and projects are executed on time and under budget, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement sales plans in close collaboration with the sales director to hit revenue growth targets.
- Attend trade fairs, conferences, and industry events as a corporate representative to promote the brand and network with new clients.
- For the purpose of discovering fresh company possibilities and creating powerful sales strategies, analyse market trends and rival activity.
- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to monitor and measure sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Business fluent in German & English
