Senior Manager for Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ADAS software development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, engineering, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure project objectives are met
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are effectively mitigated and resolved
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development
• Experience with ADAS software development is required
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
