This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of automotive innovation, partnering with OEM and Tier 1 clients to drive the future of both electrified and traditional mobility systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
 - Drive revenue growth through targeted new business development and account expansion across OEM, Tier 1, and Commercial Vehicle customers.
 - Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance KPIs across the U.S. market.
 - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
 - Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement.
 - Customer Relationship Management
 - Build and maintain strategic relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
 - Lead commercial negotiations and serve as senior point of contact for key accounts.
 - Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
 - Work cross-functionally with global engineering, R&D, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
 - Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, risks, pipeline, and market intelligence.
 
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in technical sales within the automotive Tier 1 or OEM ecosystem.
 - Strong knowledge of the U.S. automotive customer landscape, with experience managing large, complex accounts.
 - Background in sealing systems or related engineered components is highly preferred.
 - Ability to engage on technical topics and interpret engineering drawings.
 - Technical or engineering education preferred (mechanical, materials science, or automotive engineering).
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
