About the Role
A globally active industrial company is seeking a Sales Director to support its European customer base and product portfolio. This role is based in Prague and plays a key part in coordinating international trade and maintaining customer satisfaction across the European market.
Responsibilities
- Actively support the local commercial team
 - Maintain and grow assigned customer relationships, primarily within Europe
 - Develop sales of products from affiliated group companies
 - Align sales activities with company strategy to drive business growth
 - Monitor and analyze customer and market trends, and report relevant insights
 - Follow up on customer payments and oversee order tracking and service delivery
 - Ensure effective communication with group management and coordination with other holding companies
 - Connect with Asian and American teams and factories to meet European customer needs
 - Collaborate with management on strategic goals
 - Ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities
 
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in a multinational setting
 - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 - Ability to manage cross-cultural and intercontinental business relationships
 - Commercial and strategic mindset with a customer-first approach
 - Comfortable with corporate reporting and internal systems
 - Fluency in English and German
 - Willingness to travel and engage with international teams
