About the Role
A global leader in pricing and commercial excellence is seeking a Global Deal Management – Programme Lead to join its central team. This role focuses on navigating complex international deals, partnering directly with Global Key Account teams to shape strategic commercial proposals. Based in a highly collaborative global environment, the position supports high-impact pricing decisions and drives growth through compliant and compelling deal structures.
Responsibilities
- Co-create strategic global deals and agreements with regional and global stakeholders
 - Lead the development of compliant and value-driven business proposals with clear negotiation levers
 - Build and implement a global deal framework to standardize commercial excellence across divisions
 - Advance strategic discounting guidelines to support pricing decisions for key opportunities
 - Establish and manage an escalation process to ensure leadership alignment on critical deals
 - Act as the primary liaison between central deal management and regional pricing teams
 - Support the development of the Global Strategic Pricing Centre of Excellence (F&B)
 - Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure regulatory and financial compliance
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
 - 5–10 years’ experience in international deal management, commercial strategy, or pricing leadership
 - Strong financial analysis and valuation skills; capable of assessing deal structures and ROI
 - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and commercial deal lifecycles
 - Experience with regulatory compliance and navigating international legal environments
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 - High level of intercultural competence and ability to work across global markets
 - Proficiency in financial modeling tools and business analytics platforms
