Join a market leader in pump technology as Supervisor – Application Engineering, where you will lead a high-performing team supporting technical sales and customer solutions for the Almatec brand. This role is central to delivering customer-focused, technically sound service that drives commercial success. You will serve as a global liaison for customers and partners, and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, product expertise, and internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Application Engineering team both technically and disciplinarily
- Act as the key internal and external contact for customers, sales partners, and cross-functional departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Quality)
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely, technically accurate support
- Oversee technical quotation preparation and product consultation for Almatec pumps
- Conduct remote and on-site product training for global customers and sales teams
- Monitor KPIs and define measures for continuous organizational and service improvement
- Represent the company as a technical leader in customer engagements and industry settings
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and customer-first thinking across your team
