Commissioning Manager (Data Centres)

An experienced Commissioning Manager is required to lead the commissioning phase of a high-performance data centre project in Norway. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, coordinating commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems while ensuring quality, safety, and timely handover to the client.

• Manage and supervise commissioning activities on a dedicated project
• Coordinate commissioning staff and delegate tasks based on expertise
• Lead commissioning planning, testing, and execution phases
• Inspect and diagnose MEP system functionality and resolve issues
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Run regular status and follow-up meetings
• Maintain strong HSE standards throughout commissioning
• Prepare for smooth project handover to client
• Contribute to internal process improvements

• Proven experience in commissioning management for large-scale infrastructure or data centres
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems testing
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage commissioning documentation and reporting
• High HSE awareness and commitment to site safety
• Availability for full-time, onsite work in Norway for 8 months
