About the Role
A fast-growing, private equity-backed digital platform is undergoing a critical post-acquisition transformation focused on go-to-market redesign, operational scalability, and launching a new commercial unit.
We’re looking for a highly capable Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in management consulting and commercial execution. You will report directly to the executive team and serve as a key orchestrator across cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution across ~10 commercial and operational workstreams
- SteerCo Reporting: Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for executives and investors; maintain clear visibility on progress, risks, and interdependencies
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the communication hub between regional teams, workstream leads, and senior leadership
- Workstream Support: Collaborate with owners to define scope, timelines, and KPIs; ensure accountability and delivery momentum
- New Unit Setup: Design and operationalize a new commercial business unit, including structure, processes, and go-to-market readiness
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB or equivalent) or private equity environments
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects, especially in go-to-market and operational execution
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex challenges
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with exceptional project management skills
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and investors
- Fluent in English and German (required)
- Full-time availability for 3–4 months with regular on-site presence in Düsseldorf
