Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Program Management to lead our commercial and program execution strategies within the automotive plastics industry. This executive role is critical in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring successful program delivery for major OEM clients, including Stellantis, Ford, and General Motors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers at OEM customers.
  • Program Execution – Lead and oversee program management teams to ensure the successful launch, execution, and delivery of automotive programs on time and within budget.
  • Leadership & Team Development – Establish and mentor a high-performing sales and program management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Business Planning – Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term business objectives, competitive positioning, and market strategies.
  • Financial & Performance Management – Monitor and manage sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and profitability targets to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless program execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry & Market Intelligence – Stay informed on automotive trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive business innovation.
