Role Overview

As a BMS Commissioning Package Manager, you will lead the end-to-end commissioning of complex Building Management Systems (BMS) within high-tech environments, ensuring operational readiness and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BMS commissioning from Level 1 to Level 5, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and related control systems.
- Define quality and commissioning scopes, managing risk and execution strategies.
- Plan and schedule testing, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
- Drive safety standards, including Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
- Write and approve technical documentation, including test scripts and RFIs.
- Oversee the commissioning of all BMS/EPMS-connected equipment and integration processes.
- Report progress, manage punch lists, and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (5+ years of experience).
- Hands-on experience in commissioning advanced electrical and BMS control systems.
- Expertise in system integration, loop testing, PLCs, industrial communication networks, and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and documentation management.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
