Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to structuring and executing acquisitions.
- Conduct in-depth M&A advisory, presenting findings to the investment committee.
- Actively manage portfolio companies, driving operational improvements and value creation.
- Oversee financial performance, strategic growth initiatives, and business transformation.
- Engage with investors, management teams, and advisors to ensure successful investment outcomes.
- Integrate ESG considerations into investment decision-making where relevant.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing companies, with full deal execution experience.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple investment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business and manage cross-border transactions.
