Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable, receivable & banks statements
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Support for tax returns calculations and other tax declarations
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience in the renewables space preferred
