Requirements

  • Strong network and familiarity with the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development in construction and contracting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of the construction, facilities management, and clean energy sectors.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills; a team player committed to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture connections with brokers and buyers to drive successful land sales.
  • New Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, web-based and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and manage a continuous sales pipeline.
  • Sales and Pipeline Tracking: Meet KPIs to support sales growth and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Collaboration with Estimating Teams: Work closely with estimating teams to determine project scope, bid potential, and key success factors.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Develop sales strategies, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
